A friend of mine has a nice sofa in their apartment. It came from IKEA. I decided to document and analyse the entire customer experience journey of getting a sofa from IKEA.

I took photos of all the points along my journey and have created an annotated slide show. I have drawn many insights from my experience.

I use UberEATS about once a week. It is always a really good experience. It's a well thought out app, so I decided to document and analyse the entire user experience of the app.

I shop almost exclusively at Woolworths. Every week I go and buy some of my groceries there. I decided to document and examine my customer experience journey of buying groceries.

I recently moved into a new apartment. I had many people telling me I should sign up to Powershop. I did, and I decided to document and examine the user experience of the Powershop iOS App.

This is my favourite app at the moment. It's super well built and intuitive.

I buy a lot of tickets to concerts and the football. A lot of venues I go to around Melbourne use Ticketmaster to sell their tickets. This site has frustrated me for a long time, so I decided to document and examine the user experience of the site.

The site gets the job done, but suffers from lots of inconsistencies.
