Customer Experience of a Woolworths Store:

I shop almost exclusively at Woolworths. Every week I go and buy some of my groceries there. I decided to document and examine my customer experience journey of buying groceries.
I took photos of all the points along my journey and have created an annotated slide show. I have drawn many insights from my experience.
